I truly believe, to achieve excellence your positive attitude matters a lot.
“Excellence is not a skill. It is an attitude.”– Ralph Marston
Every person must try to focus on their life goal and embrace continuous learning in life. Learning happens in phases – Firstly, when we learn how to walk and do things, gaining experience. Secondly, when we learn how to socialize in the community and pick engagement skills. Finally, when we learn how to succeed or achieve things. Here, comes school and our teachers, playing vital role in guiding students, helping them to overcome their fear about failing, showing them the right path of success and applauding them on their achievements.
I believe we have to help our kids in becoming great explorers and encourage their curiosity as we cannot be perfect in everything but trying things will make us better. The best way to gain selfconfidence is by trying things on our own and eventually success will be ours as failure is the best teacher.
Skill can only be developed by hours and hours of work every day and self-discipline is the magic power that makes you unstoppable in all your endeavours. Based on my over a decade of experience in schooling, only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary!
